Delete your account
You can delete your Delvia account and everything in it from this page without using the app. You can also do it in the app under Profile → Delete account.
What gets deleted
- Your account, name, and email address.
- Every health record: profile details, lab results, symptoms, medications and supplements, diet notes, and physical activity.
- Every document and photo you uploaded.
- Your entire chat history with the AI assistant.
- Everyone you added to your account, with all of their records, documents and conversations.
- Your AI usage quota and subscription state on our side.
Deletion is immediate, complete, and irreversible. Nothing is retained, except transaction records kept by Paddle, Google Play, Apple and our subscription processor under their own legal obligations.
Deleting your account cancels a subscription you bought on the web, through Paddle, for you. It does not cancel a store subscription: if you subscribed on Android, cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions, and if you subscribed on iPhone or iPad, in your App Store subscriptions. Cancel those first, or you will keep being billed.
